Tajikistan Female Officers attended WLLE for the first time in 2013. Highlighting the importance of women in Law Enforcement in their country, this visit to the U.S. was designed to allow the Tajik officers to watch American female police officers handle crime alongside their male counterparts.
Tajikistan is moving toward having their female police officers handle crimes against women and children, a progression that mirrors the evolution of female police officers in America. During their time at WLLE, the Tajik female officers stopped by the U.S. Armor table and learned more about the custom FEMALE BODY ARMOR that we offer. They also learned how a vest that fits your body’s contours can also improve tactics, provide freedom of mobility and reduce officer fatigue in the line of duty.
